0.5% of the exchange amount — not of our margin, of what the customer actually swaps. A $2,000 exchange earns you $10.

Paid on volume rather than profit on purpose: you can work out what you are owed without knowing our costs.

Larger partners get a higher rate. There is no threshold published because it depends on what you send — if you are bringing steady volume, write to us and we will agree a number.

The moment an exchange completes and the payout confirms on chain. Not when the order is created, and not when the deposit lands — only a finished exchange counts.

Cancelled, expired and refunded orders earn nothing. An order that ran at a loss for us earns nothing either; that happens on tiny amounts where the network fee eats the margin, and it is rare.

Your balance updates within a minute of the exchange finishing.

Someone arriving through your link is attributed to you for 400 days. That is the longest a browser will keep the record — Chrome caps it there and truncates anything longer, so nobody can honestly promise more.

If they create an account, attribution moves to the account and never expires. Every exchange they make from then on earns you, on any device.

Attribution follows the code, not the domain: your link works the same on vacuum.exchange, on the mirror and over Tor, and the earnings land in one balance.

Request a payout from your cabinet whenever your balance reaches $50. Choose any of the 23 assets we support and give the address.

The network fee is ours, not yours — you receive exactly the amount you requested.

Requests are reviewed by a person, usually within the hour. There is no schedule and no payout day: ask when you want the money.

Your email has to be confirmed before a payout can be sent. Everything else in the cabinet works without it — this one step exists so funds cannot be routed to an address nobody has proven they control.

Your cabinet lists everyone you referred, numbered — #1, #2 and so on — with the date they arrived, when they last exchanged, how many exchanges they have made, their total volume and what each has earned you. You can add a private note against any of them.

You will not see their email address, their wallet addresses or their order numbers. That is deliberate: an order number is enough to look an exchange up, and your customers' business is not yours to read. The same rule protects you.

Create an account, open the Referrals tab, copy your link. It looks like vacuum.exchange/r/AB3K9F — short enough to put in a signature or a message.

An account is also created automatically the first time you give an email address on an order, so if you have exchanged with us before, you may already have one. Use the password from that email, or reset it.

There is nothing to apply for and nobody to wait on. The link works immediately.

Referring yourself is allowed — we have no reliable way to detect it and no interest in policing it. Exchange through your own link if you like; the 0.5% comes back to you.

What is not allowed: spam, misrepresenting what this service does, implying an affiliation or endorsement that does not exist, and paid search on our brand name.

Earnings from orders that turn out to be fraudulent are reversed. We will tell you which order and why.

An account that breaks these rules is blocked and the balance withheld. This is not a trap for edge cases — if something is unclear, ask first.
