What Vacuum never does
- We never message you first. Not on Telegram, not on XMPP, not anywhere. Every conversation starts with you.
- We never ask for a private key, a seed phrase or a wallet password. Not to verify anything, not to fix anything.
- We never give you a deposit address outside the order page. Not by email, not in chat, not signed.
- We never ask for an extra payment to release an order. There is no unlock fee, no verification deposit, no tax to settle first.
- We never ask for the password to your Vacuum account. Support does not need it and cannot use it.
This list does not change, and nothing signed, sent or said will ever contradict it. If any of it happens, you are not talking to us — whatever the name on the account.
Tracking an order needs no contact at all: the order page shows live status from its id alone.
